fashion show

Background: Maria Ingels Carlsson initiated Slow Fashion Week 2023 for the first time to bring together ordinary people and professionals in a celebration of mindful fashion and everyday creativity. Through discussions, interviews, pop-ups, fashion shows, music, dance, and parties, the event drew participants from across Sweden — including voices from science, politics, and design such as Alice Bah Kuhnke, Sara Wimmercranz, Lars Wallin, and Bea Szenfeld. With the foundation set, Maria and Moe continue the movement toward Future Fashion Days — redefining how the industry creates, connects, and evolves.

Slow fashion show: MOE’s first fashion show — an experimental exploration of modularity and movement. The focus was to demonstrate how one system of wear can shift between forms and functions, adapting to different identities and ages. Different modules were showcased to highlight the DNA of minimalistic construction, versatile function, and edgelegant aesthetic.
